Good on you! You survived the illness, got a flexible job AND, the biggy, passed the drivers test!!! Those 5 practice runs finally paid off. This is good for me as I am one step closer to checking off the next to last item on my bucket list. I just need to find some dirt on you so I can blackmail you into taking my drivers test for me next year! I know you're as thrilled as I am! The last bucket list item may be more difficult but now I have hope.
Looking forward to some day seeing you on the big screen or little screen again. Also this "my bi-monthly self-berating sessions where I torment myself with all my inadequacies and failings" seems to be excessive. Can you not decrease this to once a month? Or better yet once every 2 months? I don't think anyone here sees you as being inadequate or having any failings. Who told/tells you you do? You? You've conquered food and drink is this the last of your past you need to deal with? Personally I think you're doing a marvelous job.
